This policy explains how Buildzcrank handles personal data in relation to the buildzcrank.com website and the Buildzcrank desktop application, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2.1. buildzcrank.com website
The website is static and does not collect personal data. It uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no forms that require personal data.
2.2. Buildzcrank desktop application
The application runs entirely on your computer. It reads match state from the League of Legends client's local API on your machine and generates recommendations on your own device. We do not send your match data to any server.
Internet is used only to:
- Download public icons from Data Dragon (a Riot Games service)
- Check whether a new version of the application is available
- Fetch an application update when a new version exists
3. Legal basis and purpose
Since we do not process personal data as controllers, no specific article-6 GDPR legal basis applies. Messages you voluntarily send us by email are processed on the basis of your consent, for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry.
4. Recipients
We do not share data with third parties. Icons served by Data Dragon are downloaded directly from Riot Games servers; that communication is governed by Riot's policies.
5. Retention
Emails we receive are kept only for the time strictly necessary to handle your enquiry and meet any resulting legal obligations.
