By accessing buildzcrank.com and/or installing the Buildzcrank application, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or the application.
1. License of use
Buildzcrank is offered free of charge for personal use. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and run the application on personal computers.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the application
- Redistribute the installer outside the official channels
- Use the application for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that violate Riot Games' terms of service
- Use the application to gain a competitive advantage prohibited by Riot Games' third-party software policies
3. Relationship with Riot Games
Buildzcrank is not an official product and is not affiliated with Riot Games, Inc. "League of Legends" and related elements are registered trademarks of Riot Games. As a user, you are responsible for complying with Riot Games' Terms of Service when using third-party software with its client.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Absence of errors or uninterrupted availability
- Accuracy of AI-generated recommendations
- Future compatibility with League of Legends client updates
- Any specific in-game outcome
Recommendations from the application are advisory. In-match decisions are the user's responsibility.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we assume no liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the application or the website, including sanctions applied by third parties (e.g. Riot Games) on the user's account.
6. Intellectual property
Buildzcrank's code, design and content are the property of its authors. Graphical elements served from Data Dragon (champions, items, runes) are the property of Riot Games and are used under their conditions.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the application, modify its features, suspend it or discontinue it at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms; the version in force will be the one published on this page.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. When the user acts as a consumer resident in the EU, the mandatory provisions of the country of residence will also apply.
